About LinkBacksMy SIL works for JC Penney's and today she told me that Penney's Solon is doing a new promotion starting Aug 1 2012. The promotion is free hair cuts for children K thru 6.
Her solon was told to cancel all of their Aug 1st appointments so that they could kick off this promotion.
Her understanding is that its to run the whole month of Aug at all of their solon around the US.
She also said to spread the word. so I am.
