be careful with the quality health samples. I have yet to receive anything from them besides a whole mess of spam in my email

I was afraid of that... After I signed up, it took me to another survey and never really acknowleged I signed up for the Lipton sample...

Ditto. I finished up and didn't sign up for anything and I had like 20 spam notices already...
