Oh gosh - I love Photoworks! Where are you used to having yours developed at? I like Photoworks much better than Walmart or Dot.photo (they stunk, I thought!) If I had my choice, though...I'd use Snapfish always. I think they're better than Photoworks & Shutterfly.

P.S. I used York photo labs lately & loved them! They were pretty good quality!

I usually use WalMart online...the Photoworks pictures look grainy and discolored...nothing like what my pictures usually look like...

If you contact them via email at their customer service address...they will refund your $$ or reprint your order at no charge! I promise that doesn't sound typical of Photoworks, at all!!! Again - so sorry!

P.S. My brother got married Sept. 30th! We took the professional portraits of their engagement pics, uploaded them to Photoworks, and had them enlarged to 11X14's and 16X20's and had them displayed at the wedding. They were absolutely GORGEOUS! you'd never had known they were from scanned copies of originals.

Well, that's what I thought was really odd...their ability to print the larger prints/canvases and all the cool gifts didn't jive with the poor quality that I received...I'll see if they can do something about it. Thanks for the information!
