I completed the survey but it didn't give the option of choosing a rug. I'll wait and see.

Same here. I wonder if we'll get one or not? I was also wondering if it was only for customers who'd made a purchase?

Same thing happened for me... The site is awesome though. We are researching hardwood flooring for our home, and this site had tons of info!
