It worked for me fine but I guess it was because I was already registered but I read on another board if you are having problems to do this and it should fix the problem............

To anyone still having a problem, go to

http://www.nestlecrunch.com/default.asp

Go to register and click on sign up or already a registered user if you have already signed up. When you get to your info page change your password to a 5 letter password.

Log out and go to

http://www.nestle-stixx.com/passthestixx/

Put in your email and your new password. This should work.

Just to let you know, I signed my dad up by using the directions above and it worked but then I tried again trying to sign up my MIL and could not get it to work so I don't know why it is working for some and not for others.

I thought I had already registered before. And even when I registered this time (using your directions) they had some of my info anyway. Weird!

I just tried it again and it still won't let me do it, even though I'm now registered. I'll try again another time
