Some good deals at CVS this week.

I did my Sunday morning run to CVS

They had Colgate Total toothpaste B1G1, price $2.59 (4.3 oz). I used my $2.50 off 2 coupon from a couple of weeks back and got 2 tubes for .09. Not free, but not too shabby

They have a rebate sheet for Unilever products, in my case, I was looking for Suave. The Suave body wash is on sale for 1.99 and also the body lotion for 1.99. I had coupons for 1 dollar off for each one of these products, so with the rebate of 1.00 they will be free.

A couple of other items seemed like good deals; they have All detergent for $2.77, Joy dishwashing liquid for .59 and Sparkle paper towels for $3.88. Everybody has coupons for these, right?

Good job! Ban deodorants are b1g1 free also, there are $1/one coupons. The cheapest were $2.99 at my store, maiing them $.50 each. Also not free, but when you have 2 chicks using deodorant you can't always be picky

If you've gotten a coupon for a free greeting card this past week printed on your reseipt, the cards are b2 get 1 free. I'm thinking ahead for birthdays and bought 1 card, got 2 free.

Joy dish detergent is $.59-$.20 coupon= $.39

I went through kind of dry spell with CVS for a while, but the last couple of weeks they have had some good deals again. I picked up a few Joy's. I had older coupons, didn't even bother with the one this week. One thing I have noticed is that they are putting more limits on number of items on the really good deals. Is this new or did I just not notice before?

I think it's a newer thing. Just means a few extra trips to CVS each week for me

I am so glad I stopped at CVS today. The only thing I was getting was some Always pads, Joy dish liquid and some Thermasilk shampoo but the cashier told me in their clearance section they had 75% off and Thermasilk was one of the things there. So I went to look and ended up putting the shampoo I had back and got all of this...........

Joy dish liquid $.59 - $.20 coupon = $.39
Always pads $2.50 - $.50 coupon = $2.00
2 big bottles (25.4 oz.) of Thermasilk shampoo for $1.75 each - 2 $1.00 off coupons = $1.50 for both
Neutrogena moisturizing cream $2.00
2 Speed Stick deodorants for men $.75 a piece
Pure Shine spray-on luminator $1.25
Physique conditioner $1.32
Herbal Essences Intensive Blends conditioner $1.00
Frizz-Ease Glistening Creme conditioner $.75

My total with tax came to $12.57.

I wanted to get the All laundry detergent but they was out of it and I noticed when I came home they have 12 pk. Pepsi products for $2.22 so I may go to a different CVS tomorrow to try and get those. Hopefully I can check out another clearance section.

Also I got a great deal at Staples today. They have their brand of recordable DVD's $7.94 for 50 in a pack. I picked up 2 of these. I noticed in the paper after I came home that they have Sony recordable CD's $8.94 for 50 in a pack so I may go back and get a pack of those too since I am almost out.
