Hi gals
Just thought i would ask if anyone has started a cycle or are in a cycle at the moment. I need a buddy. Im on day 5 and started stimming on Day 3/
Im very excited to be back in the game. Waiting on some bloods to come back though as they found a postive to a illness they are not sure about. Im really hoping its a false positive as its a not very nice illness.
hoping someone joins me soon
Nicxxx

Good luck Nickii!
We're starting TTC again very soon (am a insane? LOL), so if you're still in the game next month then I'll be able to join you (natural for us though).

Hi Nic and Belinda
Can't say I'm cycling, but I am starting to think about it again. I've had four or five months off while I get my head together, bought a house and renovated it, and moved in. But the dust is settling and its time to get back into the whole IVF thing again. We have one embie left, and will do an FET. Perhaps one or two months from now. First though, I will begin exercising again and start acupuncture. Would like to lose a few kilos too (am not overweight, but at least 3kgs heavier than I would like to be.)
Nic, keep us posted and holding thumbs for you!
Andrea. x

Hi there Andrea
Good to hear from you. Im doing ok. I got 16 eggs and two had nothing in so we ended up with 14 eggs and 13 have fertilized but only 9 fertlized normally so we are going to go to blast and then freeze them all as i have OHSS. Over stimulated. Im on blood thinning injections for 10 days now and have to wait till next month to do a natural FET. Im still very sore and bloated and in quite a bit of pain but I will be right in a week they say.
How are u going? Maybe we will do a FET together in a couple of months?

Hi Nic! Apologies for the delays between postings, my DH and I have just bought a new house and the renovations, unpacking and general confusion keep me much further from my computer than I would like!
It would be great to be cycle buddies for an FET. I am thinking one to two months time, but will let you know as soon as I start. Congrats on the 9 embies, thats a fantastic number, the highest I ever got was 7. Have you done much cycling before? Do you have any children? May I ask the reason for doing IVF?
Great to be able to chat, and I hope to be better at staying in touch.
All the best, Andrea. x

Thanks we ended up having 4 embryos to freeze so thats pretty good going i think. We hopefully will do a FET next month maybe, cross fingers and see how we go.
I did IVF with my first daughter she is nearly two years old in August. We have unexplained infertilty and they just cant find anything wrong with either of us, just cant get pregnant naturally i guess.
With my first try i did two IUI's first and then IVF. My daughter was my second transfer that was a FET so it was pretty good. Im hoping FET's are lucky for me!
How long have you been ttc for? Do u have any other children?
Hope to keep chatting
Nicx
