Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post and let you all know that it is looking like we will need to find another way to keep in touch as there are some Aussie moms who would like to reclaim their board. It sounds like there are now several who want to get this board going for its intended purpose so we need to honor their wishes.

I don't know how many of you post on other boards here (or elsewhere) but I would love to keep track of you all. If you don't mind posting which boards you frequent so we can all check up on each other, that would be great.

I go to the LA board fairly frequently and the General Parenting board. I don't like goodbyes so don't want to make things sound so final! I hope that we are able to keep in touch and I am only a PM away if anyone ever needs anything...you girls have meant a lot to me over the years

Ladies, a huge thank you for posting this & being sensitive to the wishes of the aussie mums. I'll see you around on the LA bb & I also frequent the 2003 playgroup bb. It was pointed out to me that there is the 'life's journey' bb for groups who've grown together. Apparently the format is that each little clique has it's own ongoing thread so some of you may like to try that as an option.

We can move to the European board or to the Australia adoption board. Neither one of them have people posting in them.

I post mainly on 2006 playgroup Nov, 2004 playgroup , and the general parenting.
Maybe like crypto said we can post on another bb that is not being used!

Have you checked out the Life Journey Board? We have several threads that are groups of ladies from other boards who have formed a bond, and would like to continue to post.

Honestly....most people from each thread keep to themselves....it isn't that we are being exclusive...just don't have the same history with each other. People are respectful of each other....limited fighting.

You may want to either transfer an existing thread...or start a new one over there.

Why don't we just join the 2004 playgroup bb? I know some have kids born in 2003, but late in the year so it'd still be a good fit.

Life's Journey is ok, but I do not like those ginormous threads! They are so hard to keep up with. I'd rather have a bb where we can all post our own posts and spread out a bit.

I don't actually post a lot. I mainly blog, post on my due date bb, and chat in the chatroom.
