I cannot believe this....
I am exclusively BFing, plus pumping extra to donate and guess what?!?!
AF showed up this morning. Cramps and all. Total BS! I am sooo mad.

I was going start a thread about when to expect AF. I thought that BFing mommies got back AF later but I guess I was wrong. OMG that means mine is right around the corner and I am not looking forward to that.
Can you wear tampons for your first AF after delivery? I really hate pads. |

Spy I dont think you are suppose to. I hate pads too. But for my lil girl and for Carson I wore pads just to be safe.
My AF was horriable the first day. Usually AF is 5 to 6 days but this one was only 3. I was happy and I hope they stay that way. Janslem

I haven't had one yet. With both of my other DDs, it was around 4-5 mos postpartum (bf'ing). I hope AF stays away. I don't have room for her on my schedule. LOL!

Ugh... J&FM, sorry to hear she has arrived.
So, when is the average to expect her visit 6 - 8 weeks? Any tips? OMG- dealing with 2 kids and AF? My DH might want to find a safe house when that happens... yikes.

No way!! So unfair. You are excusively BF. That isn't supposed to happen!! Maybe it is your hormones still regulating?? Maybe it won't be an every month thing?? I hear sometimes they can be hit and miss when they come back.

It is unfair... and it SUCKS!!!
I have not been very friendly either... to say the least! I have endo, adeno and PCOS, so I am sure it is related total that. OBs office was closed today, so I am going to call first thing Monday. My mom (the LC) said it is definitely not normal for someone who exclusively BFs. URGGGGGG! |

I can't remember when I got it back last time, but I do remember it being sooner than I expected. And I was exclusively breastfeeding too. I blame lack of sleep mommy brain amnesia.
