I don't remember this starting until much later, although it may have been this early with DD 3 years ago. Boy does sneezing hurt! Feels like my uterus is getting detached! I hold my stomach and man nothing helps! Anyone else getting this so early?
Just curious, I know it is perfectly normal because I did have it with my first, just don't remember when it started.
Also, I mentioned this on the update thread but I never had sensative taste buds in any pg. I can't chew fireball- tasting gum, and even honey mustard dressing- my favorite- burned my tongue today. So strange how the hormones work! I typically eat fairly spicey food but I think those days are on hold for a while! Anything just remotely spicy would never have fazed me before but starting just this week I feel like my tongue is on fire! Anyone else?

Hello,
Yep, I get a pain in my side when I sneeze or move to fast. Its annoying, especially when dh looks at me funny. With the spicy foods, i really cant relate. I have very bland tastes and normally dont like spicy foods, except for occational hot wings.

Sneezing has been hell from very early. And rolling over quickly, and if I stand up too fast, I get the same pains.
I found that if I hold my stomach, AND lean forwards slightly, then the pain either doesn't happen, or is much less painful.
I don't remember it happening this early with Dd, but then again, I have prego brain so maybe I did have it.
Also, I managed to carry Dd to term without ever once sneezing and peeing a little, and even after delivery I never had that problem, but guess what? (Sorry, TMI) It already has happened to me a few times.Tha black fog is suffocating me.

I have heard of the sneezing/peeing thing. I am hoping the c-sections have saved me in that area, we'll see! They say the vaginal deliveries contribute to incontinence...

Okay, I'm glad I'm not the only one with sneezing and pains, though I haven't worried much about them. I figured a sneeze wouldn't dislodge anything, and it only happens when I'm lying down. (my first pregnancy, so nothing to compare to).
Anyway, I know this sounds weird, and I've done this even before pregnancy, but if you are standing, try sneezing standing on one leg (or all your weight on one leg so you don't fall over! lol)--it takes pressure off your back & core and better for your back anyway. Hope this helps!
xoxo
