Thanks everyone! The day was pretty good.
My DH got me a Spa package and I enjoyed 5 hrs. of pampering... Best B-day gift ever! I had a 1 hr. massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, haircut/style. I was in heaven. I was SOOO in need of all of those. I feel like a new woman. I even bought myself some interim "fat" clothes from Victorias Secret and wore a new outfit yesterday... now if I could just get those last 15 lbs off! Anyway, I topped the night off by meeting some girlfriends at Chilis'-(only one of the 3 restaurants opened back up in Slidell, La. after the hurricane) and I had WAAAYY to many drinks and topped it off with a shot of tequilia...  DH and MIL watched the duo so I could enjoy my day. This a.m. I am feeling a little...  But it was all worth it..  Andrea

Good for you, girl!!!! Happy belated b-day (sorry - just noticed the post) You definitely needed the spa day after everything you have been through. Oh, and don't worry about the hangover, by tomorrow you won't feel a thing but the memories will stay forever!(spoken like a pro!)

good for you andrea!! your birthday sounds glorious! it seems like you had a great time. i'm so happy you enjoyed your day, and hope the hangover went away quickly!
dh got me a spa package, too (for being a good momma he said) and i can't wait to go!! my back has been breaking out (nasty!) since she was born, so i'm going to get a back facial (which dh jokingly calls a backial) to clean it up. **** hormones!!
