Thanks M2M, That was the original plan but L naps at 9am, so the second I walk in from dropping her off, he goes down. The days she's at school are ok, I do get my workout in, or at least some workout. I'll figure it out, I was just having a temper tantrum.
Dh didn't have to leave today until 6:30, so I just walked in from the Gym. It was the best run I have ever had!!

I was able to add 5 minutes to my time, but the best part was I felt strong the whole time. D, I'm going to follow the training plan you sent me. I think I've been running too much and not giving myself enough days in between, so I haven't been able to ever improve. I'm feeling stronger this way, so thank you again. I have a tendency to bite off more than I can chew. I do this is many aspects of my life. I am 100% full force, or nothing and it usually leads to a crash and burn, Gotta work on that.
