I win since I am sick I have you all beat
1 bottle of water
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup theraflu for colds
typing this took more calories than I ingested

I did manage to do the Shred last night. I took the kids to my parents house while DH was working late and put the DVD in there. I didn't know that R & K were so good at bicycle crunches.....needless to say...my workout was a bit interrupted!
Today is McDonalds for lunch.....and packing...maybe Shred...maybe not!

10/20 - Not sure if I'll get to the Shred today, but I'm raking leaves and cleaning the house sothat counts for something right?

I started off well-
Dunkins egg white flat bread
coffee with SKIM milk
(I am really trying and it is not easy!)
1/2 tuna sand with tomato
Now I am eating waaay too much chex mix and waiting for my pumpkin beer to arrive

Sun 10/25
B- 2 pcs wheat toast with 1 T PB, water
S- 5 ozs yogurt, 1/3 cup granola and 2 cups strawberries
L- 2 turkey deli slices with 1 slice of American cheese
D- restaurant party food not sure how anything was made... only ONE appetizer... this was SOOO hard b/c this food is my favorite... I had a scallop wrapped with bacon and then for dinner I had about 2 cups of veggie medley- broccoli, green beans, cauliflower (I didn't eat the carrots), half stuffed shell, half meatball, 1/4 mini crabcake, a 1/2 inch piece of italian sausage with spinach, and 2 glasses of red wine. Dessert- piece of take away wedding cake... so yummy good and totally worth it for a 50th Wedding Anniv Party
ran 5 miles outside with hills, biked on stationary for 20 min as a cooldown, did arm workout with exercise tv- 10 min
Sat 10/24
B- 2 pcs wheat toast with 1 T of PB, water
S- handful of grapes
L- 3 pcs of turkey, 1 slice of Am cheese, tomato slices on sandwich thin, water
S- 4 ozs yogurt with 1/3 cup granola
D- chicken breast (about 5 ozs) with 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 12 ozs of broccoli, water, water, and more water
rest day
fri 10/23
B- 2 pancakes with light syrup, CL lemonade
S- trail mix Kashii bar, water
L- turkey 3 slices, 1 slice of American cheese, tomato slices on sandiwch thin, 4 ozs green beans, CL lemonade
S- 10 pretzels, half apple, more water
D- buffalo turkey breast about 6 ozs, 8 ozs cauliflower, wild rice about 1/4 cup
S- will indulge in 2 glasses of red wine with my best sweetie tonight
update... decided not to drink the vino after trying to fit into my size 12 dress
really want to wear it to my 20 yr HS reunion in 4 wks... we'll see... if all else fails I of course have my size 14 black dress... LOL
ran 3 miles- felt good, 20 min weight training
thurs 10/22
B- yogurt 5ozs with granola
S- quarter wheat PBJ sandwich
L- chicken gumbo soup- best life,220 calories, water, about 4 ozs of green beans
S- 1 T total of PB on 2 pcs wasa bread, and more water
D- chicken breast about 6 ozs with red jar sauce, about 4 ozs green beans
tempo run 20 min plus warm up/cool down- light jog
elliptical 20 min
total mileage was a little over 4
wed 10/21

S- yogurt- about 4 ozs, water
L- peanut butter (1 T) and grape jelly (1 tsp) sandwich, wheat bread, CL lemonade
S- apple, handful of goldfish, water
D- pork tenderloin about 5 ozs, broccoli 8 ozs, winter squash 4 ozs, CL lemonade and more water
S- popcorn about 90 calories and more water
elliptical 60 min did 6 miles

Today is day one for me (again) . I was doing well but still haven't bounced back from our girls weekend. Today is the day!! Gotta get it together, if nothing else just to have some more energy.
Breakfast: coffee, egg whites with turkey sausage.
