Ok new week of food. I'm not weighing myself until later today. Working up the nerve. haha No big expectations though since I didn't change too much. I did the shred yesterday, will do it again today, and am leaving to walk the kids and the dog in a minute.
I weighed myself and according to my scale I'm down 5 lbs. hahaha NOT SO MUCH. I like my scale better than the doctor's though! I'll take it!

B- 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pcs wheat toast with smart balance spread, CL lemonade
S- nothing
L- burger on white bun with tomato slices, handful of fries, hot chocolate
S- apple cider donut (we went to another pumpkin farm today), water
D- turkey tetrazzini, water
warm up/cool down for 10 min each with farltek 20 min in b/w
sun 10/11
B- yogurt/granola/fruit, water
L-1/2 hot dog with roll (pumpkin painting contest lunch)
S- 1/2 turkey/cheese sandwich (1 slice of each)
D- turkey tetrazzini with green peas and broccoli, CL lemonade
S- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
ran 3 miles with a 9 min pace (I felt like I was going to get sick afterwards), core exercises (10 min)
mon 10/12
B- 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, biscuit, 1 tsp butter, unsweetened ice tea
S- nothing
L- nothing
S- piece of homemade banana bread
D- 5 turkey meatballs, 8 ozs steamed broccoli, 2 pcs of wheat toast
rest day but walked 3 miles
tues 10/13
B- trail mix bar from kashi
S- 2 pcs wheat toast with 1 T PB, CL lemonade
L- 6 ozs yogurt, 1/3 cup granola, water
S- 1/4 chocolate cookie from Starbucks, glass of red wine during pedi/mani
D- turkey tetrazzini, 6 ozs broccoli, Cl lemonade

Okay, I said I would do this and here I am how many days later finally dipping my toes in?
today:
English muffin with a cheese wedge on it
Healthy Choice steamer frozen meal--Chicken Marsala
White Chicken Chili with two slices of sourdough bread (and yes, topped with some 2% shredded cheddar and light sour cream)
Two cups of coffee
two cups of tea
one 12 oz. bottle Diet Coke
Three 16 oz. glasses of water
There it is. I'm feeling the need for chocolate.

I am in too...tomorrow!

I made pumpkin choc chip cookies and we took pizza to K's ball game and had a picnic while we watched, so I had no chance of being good today!
