    " I scared "

Anyone else hearing this? It's odd b/c we don't often say that word at all, and it changes daily.

Yesterday was the fish at petsmart (another *zoo* trip lol)

Sometimes it's L and J and daddy....or the turtles we see at the pet place

Last night she looked at me and says " I not scared of you...I not scared of fish too "

She is so cute, I just want to eat her up

    Another story:

I remind her we need to take a plane to "Big Pool" (ocean-pool) and she said "Oh no, I hear airplane (we did) Where is OUR airplane? Grocery store?"
    LMAO

I told her we had to go get one at the airport next week.

Shawn, the Childrens place outlet has pink sparkly Cowgirl hats with ATTACHED tiaras, for those who want to be a princess AND a cowgirl. I can totally see Laini in that.

yep, we have the "scared" thing here too. Mainly with Brinley though. I can't remember if I already told the story here, but we have had a helicopter land in the field behind our home. Of course it was pretty loud and now every helicopter that flies overhead (we see them pretty regularly because we must be in the flight pattern for Life flight going from hospital to hospital), Brinley is sure it is going to come land behind our home.
Then she saw our neighbor drive his four wheeler around his home. We have open back yards with no fences so now Brinley won't even walk out onto our grass anymore. Great...just in time for summer!

J is wildly afraid of bugs. It is horrible. I thought it would go away with the winter but it came back

He is also afraid of the dark and last night the room where the garbage is because it was dark.

I hope this goes away quickly!

Us too! We also started having Monster issues. I hate seeing her scared! Sometimes she's just kidding, but sometimes she is really petrified. I'm a big scaredy cat myself so it hits a nerve with me.

A just started this too. She went down a big slide at a new park and she didn't go down very smoothly. When she came down she said she was scared but by the time we left she went down the same slide two more times.

She is also talking about monsters occasionally. Dh and I tell her that they aren't real - there are no monsters - so far so good.

He doesn't SAY the word scared yet, but until last weekend, he would only go down slides if I went with him. And tube slides aren't good for mommies with claustrophobia . . .

I hate it when he wakes crying with that shaky scared voice, and I go to him (in an instant--how is we can move that fast at 2 AM?) and he is PHYSICALLY shaking? Why is it such tiny bodies have to have such scary dreams?

Ben got chased into the house by a lady bug a few weeks back. Scared to tears. So now any fleck of dust floating over the deck will send him back inside. Now he thinks every bug is a killer lady bug or a bee.

Lily gets scared of the Ghost bunny from Max and Ruby but the Ghost pops up in the house and outside a few times per week. I tell her to ask the Ghost Bunny to dance with us. Their imagination is really something these days!
