Oh man DH hates when I open my mouth to rude people!!! I too would have sat back down and ordered dessert and another round of drinks and been loud just for them!

I think the mixed veggies they are talking about are: peas, carrots, corn and greenbeans. They come all mixed together in the can or I would think you could use frozen veggies too.

Yep...I get the kind mixed in a can...but you can use the frozen if you want!

hey Brooke, this recipe reminds me of a shepherds pie that we make like this w/ mashed potatoes and cheese on top instead of tater tots. I am going to try this and see if they will like it better than the mashed potatoe one.
