    Walking aids???

I know DM was asking in another post...so let's get some chat on them with your thoughts on which you like!

DH's parents bought a riding/walking aid toy for our two yesterday. Well, it is going to be left at their house, I guess. It is not like we are there every week or anything. I wish she would have sent it home for us to use, but oh well! Kirsten loved it! My inlaws have a big backyard and she just took off and never looked back...she even made it up and down small hills! She was hilarious! We would say hi and wave...so she would stop to wave and then take off again. She fell a couple of times, but got right back up and took off. She never quit until we went inside! Of course then she had to show-off and take steps on her own inside the house....what trouble!!

Rowan liked his as well, but he liked sitting on it! He did stand behind it and push it a little, but then he fell and of course he was very dramatic...so we took a break from it for a while!

Does anyone have the shopping cart? My Mom wants to get them that!

What else do you guys have or like?

I think my MIL said it was by Little Tikes. I can't remember! They were pretty plain with not to many bells or whistles!

that car one is cute! I don't even know if mine is even still available, but Bridger doesn't walk w/ it, but loves to put the balls in the basket and watch them roll down.
Brooke...that is how Brinley was the first time we got ours out too. She got so stinking mad at us when we tried to move her so that Bridger could take a turn. He just likes to play w/ the wheels, so he didn't mind...you could tell she was so proud of herself!

We did get a shopping cart this last Christmas, but more for Lexi. When she was little, they didn't have any that were short enough for her, and it would tip over on her every time she would try one out, so we decided not to get one for learning how to walk. But maybe there is something better out there that you are aware of that didn't exist 4 yrs ago. I can't believe how fast toys can change and improve!

our physical therapist brought the radio flyer push cart. She likes to push it around now. then once she is better at it she is going to bring something else. I am fine with that because I don't have to spend the money for it.
