o/t videonow owners....does yours go through batteries like crazy??

Has anyone been going through batteries like crazy? the boys will turn them on and then leave them running so we are going through them like crazy. good thing we have the rechargables.

No, Iwas surprised with the Video Now and the Pixters.
But I do encourage them to turn them off when they are done using them.
I've only changed the batteries once since Christmas. But I am using regular batteries not rechargeable, maybe they last longer?
I use Lithium batteries for my camera and I was thinking of getting them for the electronic toys as well. THey are more $ but they last a long time.
