OT.... TG.... Tracy. You around??? Got the fabric! I am soooo excited!!!

OMG, I LOVE that fabric store. It is huge and has everything. Well... everything but the yellow fabric that I had wanted. They had a lot of circus stuff but it was so girly. I FINALLY found some that was not just girly. Then I had some people helping me match it for the 2nd fabric. We had decided on a gray. Then, it all of a sudden hit me to go with a white and red stripe that is on the clown in the main fabric. I found one that was the right color but the stripes were too wide and found one that the stripes were closer but the color was wrong. I couldnt decide which to go with so I asked the lady at the cutting counter which she thought would go better(I explained what you were doing). Well. she was tickled that I was using that circus fabric. She said that she loved it and had been waiting to see somebody use it. Well... then she informs me that there are TWO fabrics that match it. One had balloons on it(too girly, I thought) the other was stipes and it is PERFECT! I will be mailing everything out to you tomorrow. I am sooo excited. This is gonna be the cutest outfit ever!

Here is a pic of the circus fabric with the accent fabric next to it. Cute huh? This outfit is gonna be AWESOME! I cant wait!

Looks great! I'm glad you found something that would work out. I hated to see you pay so much for it. I'm betting it was much cheaper than the 12.99??

Not by much but I love this and know the finished outfit is gonna be sooooo adorable. It was $8.99 a yard. I wasnt sure how much to get but the lady told me that I had to get a lot of the main fabric for the shrit b/c it could only go one way, (up and down) so I got 2 1/2 yards. Is that enough? I got 1 1/2 of the striped(I think). Enough?

I am soooo excited! I am sure you are dreading it.

LOL! It doesnt take as long to just sew outfits as it does appliques, right? I just dont want to cause a lot of work for you since I want two outfits.... three, if I can talk you into it.

YUP... found more fabric....planes.

I had a whole bunch of fabrics at one time. I also had trains and killer whales then I was like.... What am I thinking? I havent even asked her yet. LOL! Def. the two you agreed on but if I can slip one more in. If not, just say NO, I wont be mad. I am just so thankful you are doing these for me.

not a problem. I will do the main one first and then do the others. This way you can get the first in time. I think you will have more than plenty of fabric!
Atleast you save 3.00 a yard!! That adds up!!
I will be looking for it. Please add in all the measurements!

I am DYING over that fabric- SOOOO cute! I wonder who the manufacturer is... You picked out a GREAT design!!! And you MUST have Dylan model for us once Tracy is done!!!

I've seen that circus one too and LOVE it Dawn!!! Did you check reprodepot online? I'm pretty sure they had it! OMG the stripes are TDF with it! I would love to have an outfit made of that combination!!!

She is making me an outfit for the circus that will look like the pic below but with the fabrics I have here but she is also gonna make me a bucket hat to match. Gonna have to go to the circus twice since AmyH is making me something too.

Never heard of that site. I looked through the site and didnt see the patern. I saw a lot of what they had at the store I went to last night.
