i am looking for a photo editing program - avatar making program....has anyone upgraded and dont need their old version anymore?

and which current program do you like? does it do the rotating avatars?

what a great question. DH got me a program for Christmas (Photomaster 16) but it's not what I was thinking of. Can't wait to see what people are using.
