How many times per night do you get up to pee?

For me it's been 4x per night for awhile now. At least the insomnia is no longer around and I do go right back to sleep. However, I wake up feeling TIRED and continue to drag through the day! So, I am up every 1.5 to 3 hours all night!

At least 3 times, and I don't always fall back asleep, which is frustrating.

About 3x. And I often can't fall back so sleep. Have been up since about 2:30am!

I make sure to pee before I go to bed around 10pm and then I get up once around 4 or 5am. Then I'm up at 7am to get ready for work. Not too bad....YET.

Hello Everyone! I get up 2x a night. Always at 2am and 4am. Like clockwork! But I never have trouble falling back asleep.

Ontario-7 times?!?! that's terrible!

I know, I don't know what was up with me that night...usually I'm up at 1 am and 4 am like clockwork, with another trip here or there...but that night, omg, that was brutal!

I have two typical nights:
1 - get up at 2 and 5 to pee
2 - get up at 4 to pee

I like choice 2 best :-)
