What do you girls think about a Weekly Update ??

I've seen some other due date clubs having a weekly update I think its a great idea. Every week we can post the updates. What day of the week ladies think its better for updates?

The update i copied from february due dates (I am not sure which one)

Here we goes my update:


7w4d today
Weight Gain: I dont know yet..I don't want to know because I am sure its not good news!!

Symptoms: Some nausea sometimes..like waves of nausea, very sleepy after I eat, hungry like a tiger most of the time, and my libido is way UP!

Food Cravings: Everyday something different..Today I had this craving for Cracker Barrel(restaurant)..tomorrow I have to go there and eat country fried steak

Food Aversions: Not food, but smelling some things makes me sick

Nesting: None until later on pregnancy

Appt. Updates: I have an u/s Thrusday to measure baby and see . I am still very paranoid...sometimes I am afraid the baby stopped growing..

Other: I am so glad I am pregnant..I THANK GOD everyday..I hope my pregnancy goes well..

Weight Gain: You couldn't get me near a scale, but I did measure my belly last night and it is 35 inches!! DH keeps telling me I look like Santa Claus! I'm in full blown maternity clothes!!
Symptoms: Nausea occassionally, EXTREMELY tired, very picky with food, moody and weepy!!

Food Cravings: It changes at the drop off a hat, I want something 1 minute and not the next! Sour Gummy Worms!!

Food Aversions: Potatoes, very weird!!

Nesting: Yes, I want to rearrange everything!! I want to clean badly but I just have no energy, it took everything out of me to do some wash today!

Appt. Updates: I have an appt. with my OB on the 19th.

Other: Very content and happy!!

A weekly update great idea!!

9 wks 3 days
Weight gain: 2 lbs (I think)
Symptoms: nausea from morning until night (varying in severity)
Cravings: Everything
Food Aversions: Pizza (Its makes me ill just thinking about it)
Nesting: not yet to tired
Appt: Not until 12 wks
Other: Very anxious to hear little heartbeat!!! Then I can relax a little.

Good idea!
9w1d today!
Weight gain: 1-2 pounds
Symptoms: TIRED, nausea that is intermittent, weird dreams, very dry mouth, especially at night.
Cravings: varies day to day, but usually nothing.
Aversions: Some smells but certainly not the food itself, lol!
Nesting: too tired!
Appointment: Changed to next Friday the 23rd with ob instead of re!
Other: Currently have a yeast infection( I think) YUCK! Dr. says I ahve had way too many pelvic exams and internal ultrasounds due to the bleeding and that could have caused it!

Weight Gain: 2-3 lbs (although I had gained 25 this past year due to thyroid malfunction and fert. drugs! yuck!)

Symptoms: Afternoon/evening nausea, very very tired, sometimes zero appetite...sometimes famished, very sore nipples, very very very emotional! lol

Food Cravings: they change frequently...tomatoes, milk, cereal, peppermint tea w/honey and splash of milk (not really a craving, but I switched to this from coffee in the morning and I love it!)

Food Aversions: the smell of dinner cooking makes me very queasy

Nesting: thnking about it, but too tired to actually do anything!

Appt. Updates: I have a regular appt on the 23rd, and the nuchal fold test on 10/05/05.

Other: still scared that this is all a dream and that I will wake up not pg. Overwhelmed by all of the info being thrown at me and all of the decisions that we have to make. I want everything to be simplified...I want to know what I am having so that I can have fun buying clothes and nursery stuff!

Weight Gain:I have lost 3 pounds

Symptoms: Lots of nausea since I hit the 6 week mark... feel sick constantly, very sore bbs, exhausted all of the time

Food Cravings: today it was a fried bologna sandwich which I HATE normally and I crave milk all of the time and I hardly ever drank it before

Food Aversions: Mostly smells~fried chicken makes me vomit, anything that smells sweet makes me very sick

Nesting: we stripped and stained the dresser that is going in the nursery this past weekend

Appt. Updates: I have an appointment in the morning for a 24-hour fasting glucose, and an ultrasound is scheduled for Thursday at my last RE appointment, and I see my OB next Thursday

Other: I am still very nervous and somewhat in denial that things are REALLY going on in there, but hey...after this many years I guess that is to be expected.

Great idea! Here is my update:

7w4d today with twins

Weight Gain:I have no idea! I haven't been on a scale in months!

Symptoms: Small bouts of nausea sometimes, but nothing terrible, fatigue, bloated, insomnia

Food Cravings: pickles (nothing new for me), vegis and dip, red meat

Food Aversions: nothing specific yet, one minute it will sound horrible and the next minute I will be craving it

Nesting: a little, but we've been working on our house for awhile now

Appt. Updates: I've been released from my RE but I go back on Thursday for a blood draw to check my progesterone levels (hopefully I can stop the shots soon!!), my first appt. with my ob/gyn is Friday, Sept. 23rd, I can't wait!

Other: Still very nervous and scared every minute of every day. I'm hoping once I actually start showing and feeling these two little munchkins moving around inside of me that I will be able to relax a little, but I doubt it! Just feel totally blessed every single day!

Weight Gain: None yet. But my ab area feels bigger, and I can't button any of my clothes!

Symptoms: Nausea, sore bbs, terrible taste in my mouth, very very tired!

Food Cravings: Milk, hamburgers, it changes every day

Food Aversions: it's different every day

Nesting: My DH took that on. He's cleaning out the room where our babies will be (we had stored some boxes, etc. in there)
Appt: I went to my first OB appointment yesterday, I have another appointment/ultrasound in four weeks (10/10)
Other: Everyday is a blessing. I thank God for this wonderful miracle!

Weight Gain: I'm scared to find out. I haven't checked since I started doing IVf last year!

Symptoms: waves of nausea, can't get enough sleep, headaches lately

Food Cravings: None, just love all food

Food Aversions: none

Nesting: none yet. Too tired to even clean the house. dh is busy putting on an addition right now tho.

Appt. Updates: I have an u/s Wednesday 9/14! Hope all is okay!

Weight Gain: 2 lbs at last check

Symptoms: Sore boobs, Tired...OMG soooo TIRED! Peeing a LOT (like 4 times a night..hence why so tired), and oh yeah..I'm TIRED! Vivid dreams, not sleeping well, a couple of dizzy spells, starving one minute, not wanting to eat anything the next. Did I mention tired?

Food Cravings: Eggs & toast, orange juice, orange soda, mashed potatoes and gravy. Weird.

Food Aversions: Anything real sweet, pizza, peanut butter, chocolate...very weird.

Nesting: Are you kidding? I'm tooooooooo tired!

Appt. Updates: OB appoint this morning, heard heartbeat! Hate my new OB, but love the nurse practitioner. Next appointment in 1 month. Stopped progesterone today, yeah!
