Happy 3rd birthday to all the April 2008 babies, though they're not babies anymore! How time flies....

I know this has always been a quiet board, but would love to hear some updates about your little ones.

Mine is SO excited about her birthday this year for the first time. She wants to be a big girl SO bad, just like her big sister.

She doing well in all aspects, even though she is no where near as "advanced" as her sister was at this age. She's just average, but a peach just the same! She's so sensitive and lovey and cuddly, and while it makes for some sleepless nights for Mommy (she needs extra comfort in the dark, scary night) I don't mind a bit! She loves animals of all kinds, she loves being outdoors, she listens well, the "terrible twos" were not so terrible, and although she loves her two friends, and responds very well to other kids' needs, she is very shy with "strangers" and not a very social and outgoing child so we need to work on that.

For her birthday this year, she's getting her first bicycle (with training wheels, of course). I can't wait to see the look on her face!
