x-post: AF coming too quickly after c-section...help

Hello ladies. I'm hoping to get some perspective on this because I'm losing my mind.
I had a C-section in April 07. Got my first period in June 07. After that, they have been coming fast and furious, about 23-25 days apart. Then, this morning, whammo - I got AF just 17 days after the last one!
I put a call into my GYN, but does this happen after C-sections? This is crazy.
BTW - normally, I have a perfect, 28-day cycle. Even after my first daughter (delivered vaginally), when my periods started, they never skipped a beat.
I'm worried! Help!

My guess would be that your hormones are just still messed up. After having Nicholas mine were a wreck. I had severe pain, bleeding, and unbelievable hormone rages every month at ovulation. My doctor said my body would eventually figure it out and I was back to normal by about eight? months. I hope your doctor gets back to you quickly and puts your mind at ease (I know how we worry!!!). Let us know
