Perilla pills safe while pregnant

Hello,
I eat fish with out any reactions! However, when I take any form of omega3 supplements, I break out in a rash on the inside of my arms. I have been to whole foods and tried I think all the brands in pills or liquids forms.

someone suggested Perrila. would it be safe to take while pregnant. I am not pregnant now. will be doing an IUI in nov or dec.

thanks
