Improving Lining and Triple Stripe??

Hi I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for improving lining quality and achieving triple stripe. My last FET I was at 11mm but no triple stripe pattern. My next FET is Aug. 6th. Any help with supplements to prepare would be great.
