is it safe to take bee pollen AND royal jelly at the same time?

I've had 2 failed IVF#s and have 2 Frozan embryos which I am going to have transfered hopefully in about 6 weeks I've been reading that royal jelly and bee pollen is really good for you. My question is which is better? Can you take both? I also read that royal jelly is good for the woman and bee pollen for the man...is this right? Also which is better...liquid or capsules? and wheres the best place to buy it in the uk? I hear that its good for the eggs but seen as my next round will be FET will it still help my lining or anything? Also trying wheatgrass...I'll try anything!

I take royal jelly, 2400 mgs a day and have for years. I take the capsules.

I think it is redundant to take it with bee pollen - mostly just a different formulation.
