I'm hoping for any advice that I can get here - I am on my 2nd IUI cycle, so feeling the stress of only 2 chances.
My periods have always been on the lighter side. and in the past 4-6 months have been 1 day (12 hours). Since starting acupuncture, diet, supplements of RR last month, my period this cylce is 2days long but still scanty. Heavy on day 1 for 12 hours only.
I bought RR tea today, and DHEA low dose.
My questions: how many cups of tea should I drink, I already drink 3 cups of green every day +. Drinking tea is no problem, I can drink until the cows come home. Can I overdo RR tea if I continue to take supps?
Whats the deal with DHEA? I have been told my IF is due to ovarian reserve?
Also, saw a link to yoga for IF on youtube, and will be trying to find time to start that - should be I doing it every day? Or just as often as possible?
Thanks for any support and info!
