    Another supplement to try/consider! Indole-3-Carbinol

I came across a few articles that recommended Indole-3-Carbinol to detox your liver/system, ESPECIALLY if you are suffering from estrogen dominance. Supposedly this substance, from cruciferous vegetables, eliminates excess hormones from your liver and leaves your hormones in a state of balance. Plus, it protects you from cancer. It's being studied in clinical trials at respected medical centers, so they must suspect something good about it!

    EasyButton,

Everything you said is exactly what the research says! Seems like a VERY powerful supplement to have in the fertility world! I just posted a brief synopsis on the Supplements thread.
