Coco: what supplements do you recommend?
I am highly allergic to raw fruits and veggies (my throat swells up and I can't breathe!), so the raw diets are NOT for me...

Coco, GREAT book! And written based on lots and lots of research....I hope it works out for you! So awesome that you've already lost some of the weight you wanted to lose. :-)

Heather: WOW! I wonder what it is in raw fruits and veggies that you're allergic to? I would be so sad without my salads. lol

    Heather:
Besdies the regular ones that we already know, such as multi vitamin, mineral, Folic Acid, antioxidant, CoQ10, the book also recommend glyconutrients for cell communication, Amino Acid with niacin anf GABA before bedtime to increase growth-hormone level, and NAC, Flaxseed etc, I am also taking inositol to improve ovary function.
Since you are allergic to raw food, you should start taking green powder (mix, wheatgrass, barley etc) which will work great too.
I still recommend that you read the book, it include so many other supplements that I can't list them all here, also there's a lot more helpful information rathan than just food..
I bought the organic glyconutrients at vitacost.com Country Life Realfood Organics Glyconutrient Complex -- 60 Vegetarian Capsules - Vitacost, as well as all my other supplements. I am sure other website carry them too.
