Is there a reason for breast tenderness during the follicular phase? I'm used to soreness 2 weeks prior to AF (that's how I've known it's coming during the 4 or 5 months in between cycles). This time, after a very normal period, and CD3 test results that show pretty normal hormone levels for the first time in my life, the tenderness began at CD7 or 8.

A great place to begin is with a great multi-vit/multi-mineral (pre-natal for you), essential fatty acids (omega-3), food enzymes, probiotics and fiber. That covers all the basics, and for some the benefits are very noticeable.
If dh has any issues at all, you might read BC-Blessed's post in the FAQ section: http://www3.fertilethoughts.com/foru...d.php?t=556719.

Hi ladies!!
Nova: Can it be early ovulation? I also get breast tenderness during ovulation and after.
I'm waiting for AF and tomorrow is my follow up appointment with the naturopath, I have to buy more supplements tomorrow also. I think I ovulated this cycle, so I hope my body keeps cooperating.

I think it's possible my body tried to ovulate -- I felt the ovulatory pains a week after AF. My BBTs right now are all over the place -- 97.1 one day, 97.8 the next, definitely no clear shift.
I'll have to wait and see how the next couple weeks play out -- I started progesterone cream to help things along, since that's always been low.
In other news, I had a repatterning session yesterday. She did it quickly, and didn't have time to tell me what exactly it was doing for me, so when she has time to call me, I'll post more. All I can say is my brain/mind feel different. She unstuck an area where I got stuck due to trauma in early childhood..

are u using progesterone cream for the whole cycle? Using it the whole cycle won't suppress ovulation?... I thought u are supposed to use it after ovulation...

I don't want to wait months for possible ovulation, so I'm using the progesterone cream in hopes of creating a more regular cycle. Ovulation isn't my immediate goal at the moment. I'm well past CD14, so I'll use the progesterone cream for 2 weeks and stop.
I'll have to save your question about repatterning for later. I still don't have a full answer for myself. I just know it's made a change in how I think and process what's going on. It cleared some clutter in my mind.

ok got it now... don't worry i can wait! hehehe
So I went to the naturopath yesterday, he found me much better, he was very happy about it. I'm going to continue my herbs supplements, and the sesame oil. BTW I asked him what was the sesame oil for and he told me its because I have cervical fluid everytime in the cycle, and he says he wants to eliminate that, he wants me to have CF when I'm ovulating only. So my next appointment is in 6 wks, May 22. Also on Wednesday AF arrived, exactly a month since last AF, which is very good for me, since I'm so irregular.
So just hoping my body keeps up with the good work! hehehe

Congratulations on getting AF on time!
To some, that's an odd thing to celebrate, but being someone who also has irregular cycles, on the rare occasions when it's comes 28 days later, it's a joyous occasion.
Thanks for asking about the sesame oil. I will look into it some more since it sounds like something that can benefit me too.
Sure sounds like you had a great appointment. I'm very happy for you!.
