Hey, let's come out of the woodwork with updates

I feel sad that we all seem to be fading away from this bb. How about an update and pics?

I am here ... just had lots of things going on in my house and trying like hell to keep it all together. DH and I are having a rough time. So, I am trying to keep our biggest issue under control. THe house cleaning. It makes our issues so less magnified when things are all clean and orderly. Course, his idea of orderly is that all is put away and mine is that all is put away WHERE IT BELONGS! Therefore it takes me longer and he can't understand what takes so friggin long! LOL!!!

Shelby is doing great though. In KG and loving it most of the time. She is doing great in school. Brought home a real book the other day and READ IT! Granted they had it read to them a time or two in school that day but she could read it. I helpd her with a few words because she will see a word like flowers (the book was about a bee looking for food for the baby bees) and see the "F" and read food... but she remembered the ones I corrected her on, so that's good, I think??!! She has lost two teeth ... and did great on the testing at school. She actually shocked the heck out of her teacher and did the best in the class! Teacher loves her but realistically expected some kids to do better than her. She has always been pretty average in school. Now she really seems to be blossoming! Love her teacher!!!

Riley is in 4th grade and doing great too. She tested to place in honors math, but after Chistmas break, I put her back in the regular 4th grade math. She must've just barely made the cut because she was struggling and the stress on her and I and homework time was awful! She is much happier and doing much better. She has no more symptoms of the Bell's Palsy. She is so smart and sweet!! What a doll face!

Nicholas is a very happy healthy (and loud) little guy! Everyone says,"he's all boy" so I guess that means he is normal! He tests me all the time. But when he is not testing me ... is the sweetest little cuddle bug there ever was!! LOL!! he is the best hug giver I have ever had! He loves cars, dirt and more cars! LOL!! I think I could take his toys away and just give him a planter box of dirt to play in! LOL!! Course I'd have to make an outdoor shower to hose him off in before he comes in the house! He is at his gramma house (MIL) and havign a ball! DH is missing him but I am trying to study for my teacher exam (to get into the program) so I haven't had time to miss him yet! HA!! HA!!

So, that's it here ... where's your update?? Lemme see if I have any cute photos that are recent ... have been so bad abotu taking photos lately ... UGH!

Well, having trouble, so I will C&P some from photo bucket ... hope that works! LOL!

Man, something is crazy with my lap top ... can't get it to C&P (I am sure I have hit something and reset the whole thing and I have no clue what that could be! LOL!)

Hi Karen! I just posted on Jean's thread about how I dont get much computer time these days. How are your beautiful little kiddos doing? Jake is 5 1/2 and ALL boy! Im lovin every minute of life with him..going to Disney for the 1st time with him next week and he is beyond excited!!!!!!!!!

Nickel when are you going? We are doing Magic Kingdom on 4/4 staying overnight and then will spend the rest of our time at my brothers, he lives in ST Pete. I cant wait!!!!!!
