from work yesterday. A truck load of daffodils and tulips. The one property manager does not like daffodils and tulips and they have asked his company to dig them up. So he brought a truck load home, and I mean a huge tuck load. There are probably thousands of bulbs there. There is no way, I can plant them all, I told him, I wanted some and my mom did, but never in my mind thought he bring that many home. Luckily, some of his family wants some, but gosh, I can't imagine them taken that many. I will have to take a pic of the pile.

As I think about my yard full of mud (new construction) I can only dream of flowers. I was wondering yesterday how it would look if we had flowers blooming before any grass came up. I really wish I could take some off your hands.

Lucky you!!!! I have just inherited about 25 iris bulbs that I'm excited about, probably too late for this season but can't wait to see them bloom with my daffies, lilies, and other irises I have next year. Get Luke out there, Grant loves to dig holes for me, I'd say splurge on a couple of bulb planter tools and it should make it go faster.
