Am I the only one that does this? (resturants/booster seats)

My dh is tired of bringing in their highchairs/booster seats to the resturant! Thats what I got them for, that and taking to Moms house. I love it, because it germ free! (I'm a germ freak!) I assure him that other people do it. He said he feels stupid bringing them in all the time etc. Everybody always tells us what a neat idea it was for me to bring them etc, esp the moms I see.

The babies love it because instead of checking out whats new, they are happy to eat in their chairs with trays that they know.

I have the fisher prices boosters with tray and just love them. I am not about to stop bringing them in!! Just wanted to know if anybody else does this when they go out??

I don't either, but think it is a great idea. I do what Tina does and wipe down everything with anibacterial wipes.

We don't take the boosters with us. We just use the antibacterial wipes also when we go out. I also bring the disposable place mats for the kids - they work great!

I take my boosters to other people's homes, but not to restaurants. I use restaurant chairs and wipe them down with anti-B wipes. Do what makes you most comfortable!

I don't - I use those mats that stick on the table. I'm not a germophobe AT ALL though - you really can't be when you have three kids and two dogs!!!

I'm with KTJ...I'm not a germaphobe..but DH is. We don't take the booster seats...but we do use hand sanitizer and wipe down the table.

My friend takes her twins booster seats everywhere she goes...and loves doing it. I just figure I have my hands full enough as it is!

Do what makes you most comfortable!

Kari, how do you keep the placemats on the table?? Jen & Tori like to fling them. I usually ask the waitress if it is okay if I just use the table top. (I clean it first.) When we're done, I use a couple Wet Ones to wipe up the table mess. I've tried plates, but it ends up being a tugowar with Jenna.

The other day we had lunch at Max & Erma's and we used the menu/placemats. It is the first time ever that they left the mats on the table. That is, once there was food on top of them.

Yes we take our 3 Fisher Price healthy choice (? is that the name?!) booster seats with us to restaurants too! Cleaner than their highchairs and also not every place has 3 available highchairs for us to use!

    I love these FP boosters!!
