i have a question

i have endo and was put on lupron for 3mos. for the first time in my life i have had some pain relief and no af. it also feels good each mos not to have to wonder if i might just a little get pg on my own. i go in for my consult and will have to decide what to do next. do you think i will miss out if i go on bcp. i dont really have a desire to have a pg. but if it came along i would be happy. i would only be terrified on m/c. my question is i would be on bcp for endo but would miss out on the chance of a suprize pg. what do you think.

This is one I am looking at now myself. We have never tried to prevent PG, but right now it is not something I would really want. The actual act of preventing pg is hard to think about. I have been thinking seriously about going on Yasmin to help control my PCOS, I also think at this time in our lives avoiding a surprise as much as I would love one it isn't best for our family. I also after suffering a M/C am afraid of getting pg, so for me I am going to take the Yasmin, if it would help with your endo and pain, I would do it. No since on missing out on your life due to pain, for the "what if" enjoy the here and now.

thanks for your input. i heard of the bcp seasonal where you can have af only 3 or 4 times per yr. i will ask for that. one thing i forgot is i will always be afraid that china wont give me another baby until i hold them in my arms. that is another delima.

The seasonal pill sounds like a good compromise to try. I hope it works well for you.

where are you in the process for baby #2?

we were starting to sign a contract and collect paper work for homestudy but we found a house at such a great deal so we are waiting to move before doing home study. i cant send dtc until may 2006.
