I just hopped on here from another board and wanted to see what this was all about. I adopted a little boy from Kansas 2 years ago and had a very successful experience. Everyone's experience is different, but I wanted to send you encouragement and tell you that this will probably be the best thing you'll ever do in your life! The reception from our family and friends when we brought our little boy home was like nothing I'd ever seen. I'm certain it was even more of a celebration than if I'd have given birth! If you have any doubts at all, please know that you no longer will the very SECOND you hold that baby in your arms. I wish you all the best, best, best!
