Knock, Knock - Can I come in??

Hello All.....

Well here I am 'coming out' again!!! I have been a 5 year plus member of FT. My husband and I are Irish and now live in Toronto, Canada. We have a little girl Ashling who is 5 and is our IUI/Clomid miracle. When Ash was 2 1/2 we lost a little boy Ronan in my 17th week of pregnancy because of IC. Since then despite our best efforts there has been no pregnancy. I am 38 and my husband is 36 (37 in December) and right now our dossier has just gone to our agency to be translated and then sent to Kaz. for a referral. We have no preference for a boy or girl - as young as possible would be nice though

I look forward to getting to know you all over the next while. For the first time since loosing our little man Ronan in 2002 - I can actually say I am really looking forward to Christmas (I found it quite liberating to not be trying to get pregnant anymore and just excited to be waiting for our new little one!!)

Cheerio

Mary K.

Welcome, MaryK -
I am so sorry for your loss.

Congratulations on your Kaz. progress thus far. I agree that it's so liberating to finally make the decision regarding tx/adoption/remaining childless. Good luck on your adoption journey!
